Delivery Charges
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and nature of the artwork purchased. Due to the wide variety of sizes and formats we offer, delivery charges will vary and will be confirmed at checkout or by direct communication for larger or more valuable pieces.
Shipping Address
When placing your order, please ensure that all address details, including the postcode, are entered accurately and completely. This is essential to ensure successful delivery.
We regret that we cannot be held responsible for any loss or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at the time of ordering.
Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, though delivery times may vary depending on the destination, the nature of the artwork, and the delivery service used. In general:

Packaging
All artwork is securely packaged to ensure it arrives safely. We use protective materials suitable for the type and size of the item ordered. In some cases, we may use specialist art couriers for large or fragile pieces.

We understand that sometimes a piece may not be quite right once it arrives, and we want you to feel confident when purchasing from us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund, provided the following return conditions are met:
Conditions for Return

Items must be returned in their original condition – unused, undamaged, and complete.

All returned items must be packaged securely in the original packaging, or packaging of an equivalent standard to prevent damage in transit.

The item must be returned within 21 days of the date of purchase.

Return Postage

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured postal service for all returns. Fowey River Gallery is not liable for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds are typically issued via the original payment method within 5–10 working days.

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs showing the issue. We will do our best to resolve the matter promptly, which may include a replacement, repair, or full refund depending on the circumstances.
