Heidi Marice is a self-taught, multi-discipline artist whose career has taken her through some of Europe’s most creative environments — from the Netherlands to Brighton and London — before choosing to base her practice in Mevagissey, Cornwall.

Her work draws influence from each place she has lived: the bold graphic energy of city life, the expressive freedom of European contemporary art, and now the raw authenticity of a working coastal village. This combination has shaped a unique visual voice — confident, stylised and rooted in storytelling.

Heidi works across multiple mediums and genres, from figurative heritage pieces to modern abstract design. She is as much a designer as she is an artist, with a strong focus on composition, texture and bold simplicity that carries through every collection she creates.

She has become recognised for her Fishermen of Mevagissey series — contemporary heritage artworks that honour the strength and resilience of the Cornish fishing community. Alongside this, she continues to produce striking contemporary pieces which are exhibited and collected in galleries across Cornwall.
