Jenny Wynne-Jones trained at Bromley and Portsmouth College of Art and took a post-graduate Diploma at London University. After her large family grew up, and having done some teaching, she was able to take up sculpture full time. She models work in clay, which is cast in cast in bronze resin. She also models stylised heads in resin that are frost resistant, and so suitable for a garden setting, as are all her larger sculptures. Jenny's work expresses a feeling of tranquillity, spirituality and peace. Her sculptures are mainly of female figures and children and she sometimes uses members of her own family, such as Beth, Ben, Lucy and Toby as models.
