Martyn Dempsey's sculptures begin from illustrative designs that are realised through the method of sand casting in high quality recycled brass. Each sculpture is then individually hand finished with a Gold patina, chemically altering the colour of the brass to give the sculpture its golden shine. All sculptures are individually handmade bringing a unique charm to each artwork, this means your sculptures’ finish may vary from image shown.

Martyn's artistic journey began at the renowned St Ives School of Art and Porthminster Studios. He has recently embarked on a three-year exploration of fine art at the prestigious D`arte Toscanella school in Florence. Over twenty years ago, he opened his own gallery in the charming seaside town of Port Isaac, where he continues to create stunning works or art.
